UPDATED INFORMATION

Last month we tried to change the entry locks but couldn't because to many tenants did not provide their email address so that we could notify everyone of the change.  Will it is going to happen this time the date is Friday, April 4,2014 as soon as the codes are changed an email will be going out.  

This will be the last newsletter that will be delivered to your door.  All new newsletter will be available to be seen on the app.  (One of the few apartment properties in the area that utilizes this futuristic technology).  Please use the app to keep up with what is happening in and around the Hudson House property.  It is also the best way to submit a work order. Enter Hudson House in the iTunes and Google market to down load our app.

Parking restrictions will be enforced again.  The parking tags for the tenants are on order and when they come in you will receive an email asking you to fill out a vehicle registration to get your tag.  We are very limited in parking.  Barely enough for the residents so we are going to strictly enforce the need to have a tag to park on the Hudson House property.

Please do not leave the doors open for the security of the other tenants.

Rents are due on the first. Late if not paid by the tenth.  A $50 fee will be added at that time.  Also, $1.00 a day late fee will be added until all past due rents and fees are paid in full.

Smoking is permitted inside the apartments only.  We are not charging enough rent so have to clean up after tenants who just leave there butts on the grounds.

Finally, every year the city of Anderson has a Grand Prix Go Cart race in the downtown area.  Every year they use the upper Hudson House parking lot for bleachers and scoring.  They have reminded us again that on April 26 and 27 that we ask the tenants of Hudson to either park in the back lot, across the street at the bank or on the street.  I will try to remind you again closer to the time of the event by sending out a push notices to app holders.

The leaving of dog waste is a crime. If anyone is seen not cleaning up after their dogs duties will have  the authorities called on them because that’s disgusting.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE STEPS, IN THE HALLS, IN THE MAIL ROOM OR THE PARKING LOTS.  PLEASE DISPOSE OF CIGARETTE BUTTS PROPERLY.  IF YOU NEED TO SMOKE, SMOKE IN YOUR APARTMENT

Doors must remain closed at all times.  Do not leave the entry doors propped open for the security of the residents.
